Our Vision and Beliefs

You might be wondering, what’s it really like at Lilydale Adventist Church? To put it simply, we’re all about Jesus. He’s in the DNA and foundations of our community and so you won’t ever be faced with shame, guilt, or condemnation when you join us. We don’t care what kind of clothes you wear or who you voted for. Our church is made up of imperfect people with every kind of story imaginable.

Want to know the best part? No matter what you’ve been through or what questions you might have about God and faith, our church is a place where you’ll find the love, grace, and forgiveness Jesus gives to everyone.

We’d love to see you at our church. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch below!

Darren Croft

Darren Croft

Senior Pastor

Darren is a long term part of Lilydale Church. He first pastored Lilydale Church from 2004-2009 after working in Adelaide, NZ and East Gippsland. After 10 years working for the Adventist Church at State level he was invited to return as a pastor to Lilydale in 2020. Darren loves being part of Lilydale Church and working in ministry with his wife Rosie. They have 5 children: Jayden, Rylan, Lacey, Tiarey and Amity. Darren believes that the local church is a community uniquely created by God to fulfil God’s plans.
